The doctor I went to see @ this location Dr. Morton was really nice, answered all my questions and eventually did a surgery for me, turned out really well, quick recovery time !!

I had a terrible experience here. I feel badly for anyone who is a patient at this practice. The staff was apathetic when dealing with me -- with a couple of exceptions -- whether it was on the phone or in person. Prescriptions were not phoned in, or they were wrong. I always had to wait a long time for anything -- test results, referrals etc. One time, I waited six weeks for a referral, all the while being in terrible pain. Repeated calls to the practice did not help. The voicemail system is absolutely horrible -- I always had to wait a very long time for someone to pick up -- often as long as 15 minutes. I wrote a letter to Dr. Rodriguez, expressing my feelings, but did not hear back (despite my clear request for a response) When I left, it took six months for my files to be transferred to my new doc, and only then when I had a lawyer contact them.
