They make sure to not treat all their clients equally and with favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's terrible that it happens here. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close then and there. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options, in fact, i asked for information and was denied. They yelled at me to 'Google it'. I left feeling very confused and frustrated, in tears.
