I agree with the1st comment from January 2014. I am legally disabled and was put on a regimen of opiates, benzodiazepines and amphetamines for over a decade. My illnesses were not getting better but the dependency grew for the medications which scared not only myself but my family and friends. I put up with the depressing office and the staff from Snob Hill due to a contract putting all of my treatment under his care only. About 5 months ago the Dr. was not available but your scripts would be at the office on the date of the prescheduled appointment and instead of the regular copay the cost was $30 more and no contact with him at all. Then a phone call came saying your next appointment would be at an office 50 miles away. The scripts would be there but not the Dr., just a PA. The next month was scheduled with Dr. Cho's associate. After a 75 minute drive and a 4 hr. wait to see that Dr. I was told he could not take any of Dr. Cho's patients, given my monthly scripts and for the following month the same medications only 1/4 of what I've been taking over a decade. I've been made an addict by taking what was supposed to be the best treatment for my disease. No one seems concerned about the health problems both mentally and physically I will soon be facing. Finding another Pain Management Dr. is not easy and at the age of 57 this is a problem that I don't know how to handle. I feel like a victim of someone's ego or lack of concern as to how I'm supposed to deal with my disease and withdrawal all at the same time. There should be some kind of law that protects patients put in a situation such as this. I don't know if this could cause my health to worsen or die from the stress that could cause a heart attack. Does anyone have any suggestions or advice as far as options if I can not find a new Dr?

I would never recommend them to anyone. I had one of the worst experiences of my life. I had to fly away for treatment to get off all the opiates, benzodiazepines, methadone...you name it and in large quantities. I'm always amazed at how inconsiderate and unconcerned they are for my well-being. Their office was pretty disgusting. It definitely could have used a thorough cleaning. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. I believe this is because the majority, if not all the clientele, are dug addicts getting their fix from this "doctor feelgood"! I still struggle with the damage this doctor has dome to myself, my family, financial well being, it took a lot more than to pay $6,000 to Texas this has been a long painful process. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY!
