It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. He seems to be very good - knows his field, listens well, very friendly, willing to answer any question asked...no complaints of any kind.
