I have been receiving eye care with this office for 10+ years. I always feel that I am being treated by competent professionals. Never have a had a wait longer than 10 minutes, and usually a seen at the appointed time.

I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me.
