Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
