I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service with a different physician. I was amazed at how poorly he treated me. I could tell that the office staff took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I was very impressed with their office. Everything was neat and orderly, and I could tell that they took pride in how fantastic their office looked. However, the doctor didn't want to listen to any of my input or concerns. Every time I tried to say anything, he just cut me off or dismissed my opinions. This happened at two separate appointments. I left crying. His office staff and the other surgeon are fantastic. This guy has a dud personality though he may be a fine surgeon.
