Doctors aren't aware of office policies and vice versa (or perhaps they make them up as they go) I have been talked down to,my choices disregarded and rights violated when trying to make choices regarding the best interests of my family. I address new recommendations that pop up only to be met with threats regarding dismissal if I don't comply with "recommendations." I have been going here for years and in several different situations I was dumbfounded by the unprofessionalism and discrimination towards my family. I have had enough and am finding a new pediatrician and I would recommend others do the same.

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I love that they always make sure I'm able to be with my child at all times. They go above and beyond to make sure my child and I are always comfortable.
