I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. I wasn't entirely convinced that they had my child's best interest in mind. They didn't seem overly untrustworthy, but I wasn't comfortable bringing my child back. They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. I was uncomfortable with having my child get certain vaccinations, and when I told them I was uncomfortable, they said I couldn't leave unless my child got every vaccination. I couldn't believe how inconsiderate and harsh they were. I DO NOT LIKE THE WAY THEY TALK OR TREAT ME.
