We ADORE Dr. Kromash - he's been caring for my son since he was born and we've never had a less than stellar experience with Dr. Kromash himself. However, he sold his practice to Children's Hospital and the office staff has become increasingly more corporate and less personal, to the point where I am seriously considering changing providers. I called in June to schedule an October appointment for my son and was told the schedule wasn't available yet, and to call back in August. I called back this morning, only to be told that a) Dr. Kromash is retired (we were not informed) and b) the October schedule still wasn't available. Now that Dr. Kromash is no longer there, I'm not sure if we'll continue with this practice
