I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. unfortunately they make you wait sometimes for hours. . I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I couldn't even tell if they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. It was really loud in their office and it made the experience that much more stressful.
