They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I had to call several times before someone finally picked up. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They're very flexible with their appointment times. Whenever I want an afternoon appointment, they're able to get me in, and whenever I want a morning appointment, they're able to fit me in as well. It's great not having to rearrange my schedule at all. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.
