Dr. Goldstein is fine.. He asks direct questions and doesnt beat around the bush. It might be hard to feel comfortable in telling him everything without any warm up.

the office is what is terrible here. I needed an approval on a medication and had to wait three weeks for them to fill out the paperwork.

I do not understand how someone in the business of helping people can disregard something so serious. Highly disappointed.
