I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I spent less then fifteen minutes in their waiting room. It was great not to have to rearrange my schedule at all for my appointment.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I really liked they took the time to explain my treatment's risks and benefits clearly. They made sure that I understood everything before I started treatment. I’ve been to some other psychiatrists that really rushed my appointment, but they didn’t do that here at all. I was able to take as much time as I needed.
