I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The staff is polite but the biggest problem is the constant backlog of patients and waiting. I have never been seen on time. One day I waited for over an hour for my appointment, so when I was 20 minutes late one day for my appointment and I was very sick, I asked if there was any way the favor could be returned. I was met with attitude by the staff until the doctor came out and said it was okay. They may need to book fewer patients as it is clear every appointment runs over.
