Dr Nell, is the most caring the most thorough invested doctor I have ever seen. She gets to the core of your issues and somehow causes you to evaluate for yourself what you can do to change the circumstances that you're able to and the things you can't well that's what she's there for. Had I met her 40 years ago I would not have had to suffer so much pain and loss these past four decades. But the last 20 I owe to her.
