Dr. Viqar meets with me for about 5 minutes, and does not listen to my response after he asks me a question. He will ask me the same question several times because he doesn't realize I just answered it, because he wasn't listening. I specifically asked him not to prescribe a medication that had caused a bad reaction before, but he insisted and I had the same reaction again. He feels the need to talk down to me and often comes off as hostile, which is very odd because I'm not a confrontational person. I'm switching providers after 3 year, since the office I go to won't let me switch doctors. Dr. Viqar is truly horrible to deal with and he messed up my medication by not listening to my input.

In 2009, this man, who graduated from some unknown medical school situated on a piece of volcanic rock, diagnosed my son. His exact words, that I will never forget were: "You should give up on any high aspirations you have for him."

In less than 3 months, my son will graduate with a degree in Business, with high honors from his university (here in the Lehigh Valley) as an inductee in the Business Honor Society. The road has been difficult, but that's part of life. His plans are to study for a Masters in Business.

Viqar made that diagnosis when he was practicing at St. Luke's. He's not practicing there any longer. He hasn't practiced there since about 2010. My letter to the Health Network's General Counsel is perhaps related to that. Or maybe it was coincidence.

He gets one star only because this system won't allow less. If you see him as a patient, I advise you that you're a you're a fool.
