I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all.
