They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They try to keep the restrooms stocked, but sometimes they run out of stuff. I have had to ask them a few times to re-stock. The major concern of this office is the office staff. Very rude and they definately do not take the policy the patient is always right. The staff is attacking on the phone and refuse to apologize for errors they made. Cancel appointments while in the office two times. Long waits to see doctor after in exam room.
