Received a call telling my daughter that she had to make an appt. for a procedure due to her abnormal pap test. A clinician never caller her to discuss results. Due to an accident, she got to the office 10-15min late(out of her control). They left her in the waiting room while they went to lunch for an hour. Probably the WORST care I have ever seen in my career as a nurse. Rude to speak with. In this day and age of "patient-centered care" they have failed. Improving quality of care, safety and service should definitely be reviewed by the staff. You can find this in the IOM recommendations!
