I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
