Saw doctor R and got conformation of problem being TN (Trigeminal Neuralgia). He prescribed medication which didn't work and made me sick. When I asked about it, he didn't remember prescribing the medication. When I asked about surgery, he talked to me like I was a child and asked if I wanted to become a vegetable from brain surgery. Does he not know some people know how to research stuff?
I saw a different doctor and had brain surgery and am 100% pain free now and am not a vegatable. Seems Dr.R. needs to retire and quit pushing ineffective medications.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.
