The doctor was welcoming and friendly during my appointment and really made me feel at home so was the Nurse practicioner. Many of the front office help were rude, uneducated and nasty at times. Not all of them. I also found it frustrating that when I needed help for my condition I "could NOT" talk to the doctor" or leave a message. I was told this was their office policy. Dr. Vegari is always well dressed. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult.
