Dr. El-Kadi is vice chairman and clinical professor in the Department of Neurosurgery and chief of neurosurgery at UPMC Passavant. He is a board-certified neurosurgeon and completed his neurosurgery residency at West Virginia University and fellowships

Dr. El-Kadi operates out of UPMC Passavant that has an acute care inpatient facility, which includes dedicated neurosurgery inpatient unit, intensive care, emergency care and a full range of patient support services.
