They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.
