I have no problem with the colonoscopy or the doctor, but calling the office to get information is terrible. No answer, always the message " High call volume " so I leave a voice mail and email and receive no feedback. I have my procedure on Wednesday, this is Monday and I have not received any information on what to take or where to get the substance that cleanses my GI tract for the operation. Also I do not know where to report.
