It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.

Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry

Not at all, they were ridiculous!

No way!! Be aware it is very unsafe and I was scared
