Dr. Leone is, first and foremost, a good man. His attention is absolute and the appointments are never hurried. I have been seeing him for the past 20 years despite moves to different cities. He's worth traveling to!
The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions.

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
