They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Her new office did not take my secondary insurance, so i had to find a new Primary. I was very sorry to lose her.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.
