They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.
