I love Dr. Park but her receptionist was very rude. My appointment was at 3:00. I left work early for this apt but was not seen until almost 6:00. I was given a form to have bloodwork. I got up at 7:00 a.m. on a Saturday to get the lab work done. Waited 45 minutes to be told they wouldn't draw blood because the bottom of the form (diagnoses) was not filled out. I left work early again to get another lab form from the Dr. Park's office and the receptionist gave me attitude when I picked it up.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.
