I have been a patient of Dr. Jaditz's for 5 years and I have never met him. I am always pawned off on the physician's assistant. When I ask questions, I am hurried though and talked down to and they are never answered. I have even been told, "If you have questions, go to the ER." If that's how they operate then what is the point of having a primary care physician? Additionally, the staff is rude, and unwilling to help and the wait times are long. The last time they called with a message, they left it with my mother and were so rude to her, she was in tears when she delivered it to me. I do not recommend this doctor at all. In fact, I will be looking for a new doctor who actually cares about their patients health immediately.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
