I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad.
