Wait time is pathetic. This practice overbooks and under staffs their office. Receptionists and billing staff are uneducated and ignorant. They mischarge or send incorrect bills. Physician staff grants only a couple refills of simple prescription medicine to force patients to continuously come back to bill their insurance and collect co-pays which are generally done incorrectly. So unless you enjoy sitting in a waiting room for 45 minutes or longer to be seen by a physician assistant for 5 minutes and given a small amount prescribed medicine then pushed into an uninformed billing staff only to receive another incorrect bill a few weeks later....then avoid this practice.
