Referred to Dr. Barry Friter by my primary doctor for a reocuring rash. After informing Dr. Friter that the medications he gave me did not work he went on to tell me that if I moved more that my skin problems would probably get better. I asked him if there was a test he could do to find out what my rash was and his reply was " no, we do not do that for ashes " I smiled, bit my tongue, and vowed to never see Barry Friter again..I ended up going to The Milstein Batta Dermatology group located across the street from Roxborough Hospital . I was seen by Sarah Malstrom who knew what the rash was as soon as she looked at it and even did that test (a biopsy) that Barry friter said could not be done. Barry Friter could use a lesson from real doctors like the ones at Milstein Batta Dermatology and a lesson on professional mannerism. Do yourself and your pockets a favor and avoid Barry Friter. A horrible and humiliating experience !!!
