Francis C. Kempf, Jr. M.D. seems to have closed his office with no notice to anyone as of 26 March 2018. Since he kept all his records in paper files and not on MyPennMedicine (Epic) his patients have no way to get their critical cardiology records. This is the most unprofessional act I have ever seen in the medical field.
