When dealing with a health issue concerning the heart, I would advise anyone to look elsewhere. Most patients who visit here should expect professional treatment. Scheduling a 67 year old with suspected heart issues only to not be ready with personnel and equipment is unacceptable. They have seen the back of this patient for the last time(as I was leaving) Very poor planning and service on their part.

When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. After being a patient for 17 years, still have to wait weeks for an appointment when having post-op concerns - even after open heart surgery.
