Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The waiting room had everything my child could ask for. TV's, toys, magazines.... and not just for younger kids but for adolescents as well. It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them.
