One thing I like about them, is how easy they are to reach in an emergency. They took my call and helped me right away. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.

Hiren has made many people take debilitating medications, some who expressly don't want to, on an ongoing basis. I would describe him as a flowchart doctor: he follows the list. He appears to have a policy of medicating 100% of the people I witnessed under his care.
