They had already reviewed my medical history before the appointment, and went over it with me in the exam room so as not to miss anything. They were extremely thorough and made sure not to miss one detail. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
