I was referred to this provider after my wonderful doctor was redirected to care for patients in a hospital setting. I felt insulted the entire time of my appointment at Overbeck’s office. First, she complained about my very narrow cervix and the difficulty she had with the exam. Next, she discovered my c-section scar and gave mean comments about my not having vaginal delivery. After that I was told to arrive for a follow up polyp removal procedure at her office. It remains a mystery why she wanted to do it all by herself; although, the billing department may provide further comments about it. And, as if all the insults and demeaning statements weren’t enough, I had to tolerate her racist narrow-minded office assistant who gave me a “real primer” about the country of my origin but forgot to provide the number of her professional license. I’m curious where the pair got their training and who released them.
