Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.

Before he went to Kaiser, his staff knew our names, why we were there and made us feel as if we were special. Now that he has another practice, his staff is different, they are surly, abrasive and downright rude. Not only that, they often forget to send lab orders, never call with results and its impossible to deal with them if this is brought to their attention.
