Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.
