I cannot name this man a doctor. Mr Arnott has very badside manners.
He works for worksmen compensation insurance company.
Doctor said me such things as that they usually send workers back to job within 6 weeks. As I was not able to recover so quickly, he just closed my case and in cooperation with another insurance doctor put me on medical stationary.
I didn't receive any medical recommendation of how to deal with pain, how live with life-long injury. Mr. Arnott doesn't allow to ask questions and interrupts a lot. He even doesn't touch the area which pains. Usual time for waiting him is about 30 minutes, then 3-5 minutes to read me medical papers and sometimes even no good-bye.
He is not competent but says he is the best doctor in the clinic. But the clinic itself is one of the worst in Portland, which can be proved by rewiews at other sites.
