My chart/history was not reviewed on the date of service for a reoccurring UTI, in which my PCP was not available. He would not listen to me regarding the prescription utilized due to a incident, stating I was going to use something else. THAT WAS NOT A GOOD IDEA. Cost was $45,000, and still rising to long term follow up.
Two cars, Mercy flights, and E.R. with special studies. Not done now with continual care.
