I was referred to this Dr. for a family member for ECT, the first meeting went smooth and well, she was shirtly later admitted as an in patient, at Laureate, staff there good and helpful, after DCd, she was completely healed and in great shape. The problem was after DC, our primary Psychistrist ordered what they called maintinance ECT, once a week times 4, every othet week times 4 and then monthly times 4. I called the office that day and told a scheuler would be in touch, days went by, so I called again, same answer and smae response. I have now waited 2 weeks, my family member has relasped and is in as bad a shape as before the ECT was started and have never had one return call from neither his office or the so called scheduler. I am pissed at the Dr. and the situation, and cant beleive he would allow this to happen. I guess the good money was on IP care, not follow up care.
