They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

Watch out for Vickie the nurse. Reinking is mediocre and she is insufferable. You will leave wishing you had the flu instead. Vickie is truly disrespectful, spiteful, and unhelpful. Try St. Francis.
