Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. What I liked was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt welcomed and think I will be returning. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I had to show the secretary that my card meant I did not need a Primary Care Physician because she was trying to tell me they couldn't help me. The next time I visited, my daughter and husband had been waiting an hour b/c they would not give my 16-year-old a shot required for school in Oklahoma without my presence. My daughter hated the young female doctor who treated her because she treated her like she was in elementary school. The then asked that we make a follow up visit b/c she was conducting a study on obesity and wanted to weigh my daughter in 3 months. I'm not paying a co-pay so she can weigh my daughter.
