I was very disappointed with both of my visits to his office. He did not at all listen to any of my symptoms, he briefly examined me, then immediately said he needed to operate on my nose. I would have to be off work for two weeks. I explained to the doctor and his staff that I would not be able to be off work for two weeks for about another 6 months and I would call when that time comes to schedule an appointment. They called two days later to schedule an appointment and have been calling 2-3 times a week. Some days twice a day. I don't feel it is professional for a doctor's office to harass their patients. Their staff was not rude, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I wasn't worried about their equipment in the least. It was safe and well taken care of. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this doctor to my friends or family. They were cold and not friendly enough. I didn't feel at home here. I am not satisfied with the care they provide. Will have to look elsewhere...

The staff was pleasant for the most part but Dr. Vyas was completely unprofessional and rude. My mother went with me to get my throat looked at after our family Dr had no other choice but to send me to a ENT after putting me through a full dose of antibiotics, and taking blood tests and finding nothing wrong and the antibiotics not treating the issue. We had to pry answers out of Dr. Vyas and questions, he never asked my symptoms, was very short in response to my mother and I's questions and in the end blatantly told me there was nothing he could do and that it was probably just food being stuck in my tonsils, when my mom brought up other questions and concerns he told her, "well I didn't see anything." He also barely looked at my throat and never told us we were finished, he sat on his computer and I asked "Are we finished here then?" and He responded by saying "Yep, have a nice day, bye." and walked out. My mother nor I will ever recommend this Dr. to anyone in the area... he also stated that he can not take out tonsils in a very rude way assuming that is why we came, which it wasn't. We merely came for an answer which we never fully got.
