Every component of Dr. Willbrand's practice is exemplary, from reception to nursing staff to ancillary services (MRI and audiology). Dr. Willbrand is, without a doubt, the best ENT I have been to. He is highly knowledgeable yet takes time to listen compassionately. He explains the details of any procedure, small or more invasive in scope. Most important, he FIXED my problem after 18 months and hundreds of dollars in visits to other ENTs. He explains the risk/benefit effectively, and he is skilled in the mechanics of his practice. Prior to visiting Dr. Willbrand, I had accepted the possibility of a lifetime of ear pain and serious hearing impairment. He provided me solutions.....and he remembers who I am! His affiliation with the medical imaging group next door makes for easy scheduling of MRIs and MUCH lower diagnostic co-pays. I recommend him without reservation.
